We process most commodity and Engineering thermoplastic materials on our state of the art micro-processor-controlled moulding machines ranging from 25 Tonne clamp force up to 200 Tonne clamp force. With shot weights up to 600 grams.
Our Plastic Injection Moulding machines are exclusively of European manufacture (Wittmann Battenfeld), and are serviced, calibrated and maintained by Wittmann Battenfeld UK. Our machines are specified with full robot interface, hydraulic core pulling, air ejection circuits, and all carry SPC package for moulded part quality purposes.
We have experience with servo and air driven “pick and place” robots and spru pickers, hydraulic core pulling and unscrewing moulds, multi drop hot runner systems, and other downstream equipment for sorting product from spru.
We specialise in high cavity moulds with high volume production, But we are equally at home with low volume production and hand loaded cores etc.
