We Have the Capacity

We use latest generation European Injection moulding machines with Euromap interface for seamless integration of downstream equipment, All aimed at consistent production rates and high quality of finished product. We have moulding capacity from 25 tonnes up to 200 Tonnes. We work closely with the UK toolmaking industry and offer impartial and totally confidential mould tool first off trial service. Enabling toolmakers to deliver a mould to their client “first time right”, and we can assist with recommendations for modifications where required.

Capacity

We operate machines from 25 to 200 tonne clamp force and shot weight up to 650g.

Premises

Our modern, purpose built premises have recently been extended to include storage and warehouse facilities. This has also provided extra space for further expansion of our mould shop.

Excellent technical support. We involve them at an early stage and allow them to provide solutions to problems.

We have worked with captive closures for over 5 years now. Historically development of new products can be a lengthy as well as a costly process. However due to their dynamic approach to problem solving, enormous experience of polymer engineering and their ability to transform concepts into working prototypes we have been successful in developing many products like our globally famous nail gripper.
